Terms of Service

1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of grappes.ai, including the website, web application, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by 4 BEES D.O.O., a company registered in the Republic of Serbia under registration number (matični broj) 21379450, tax identification number (PIB) 110720700, with its registered office at Kronštatska 5, 11000 Beograd (Savski Venac), Serbia ("grappes", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Cookie Policy, each incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are not barred from using the Service under any applicable law or sanctions regime.
3. Description of the Service
grappes.ai is a multi-model artificial intelligence platform that routes user requests to one or more third-party AI models (which may include models from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, Moonshot AI, and others) and orchestrates their outputs. The Service can generate text, images, and video, and provides related features such as projects, memory, and multi-agent discussion (the "roundtable").
The Service also includes, among other features: Build, which generates websites and applications and can host and publish them for you on grappes subdomains (for example <slug>.apps.grappes.ai and preview URLs) or, where available, on a custom domain you connect or purchase; Deep Web Inspect, which retrieves and analyzes third-party web content in response to your request; Fact Check; and voice dictation, which transcribes audio you record into text. Some features are subject to your plan and to usage credits.
The Service depends on third-party AI providers. We do not control those providers, and their availability, capabilities, and outputs may change without notice. We may add, modify, or remove models, features, or providers at any time.
4. Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Plans, Billing, and Payments
The Service is offered under a free plan and paid plans as described at the time of purchase. Paid use is metered in Grappes Credits (🍇): each paid plan includes a monthly allotment of credits, you can buy additional credits through a top-up pack, and you can optionally enable pay-as-you-go to continue past your credit balance. Prices are shown in euros (EUR) at the point of purchase.
Merchant of Record. Payments are processed by Polar (Polar Software, Inc., polar.sh), which acts as the Merchant of Record (the reseller and seller of record) for transactions on the Service. This means Polar is the party that sells the subscription or credits to you, handles billing, taxes, and payment-related support, and to whom your payment is made, via a checkout hosted on Polar. Your purchase is also subject to Polar's own terms and privacy policy. grappes remains the provider and licensor of the underlying Service.
Subscriptions and renewal. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges through the Merchant of Record. Top-ups and pay-as-you-go charges are one-time charges taken when you incur them. We will make the pricing and renewal terms clear at the point of purchase.
Price changes. We may change prices. Changes apply to the next billing period after reasonable notice; continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
Usage limits. Plans include usage limits (such as the number of requests, agents, or generation volume). Exceeding limits may require an upgrade or result in throttling, as described in your plan.
Refunds and cancellation are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
Your use of the Service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for the inputs you submit ("Inputs") and must not use the Service to generate, distribute, or facilitate prohibited content or activities. We may screen, block, or remove content and suspend or terminate accounts to enforce that policy.
7. User Content, Inputs, and Outputs
Your Inputs. You retain ownership of the Inputs you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process your Inputs solely to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Service, including transmitting them to third-party AI providers as needed to fulfill your request.
Outputs. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and to the terms of the underlying AI providers, we assign or license to you whatever rights we are able to in the content generated for you in response to your Inputs ("Outputs"), to the extent permitted by applicable law and by the relevant provider terms.
No guarantee of uniqueness or rights. Due to the nature of AI, Outputs may not be unique, and similar or identical Outputs may be generated for other users. We make no representation that Outputs are free of third-party rights. You are responsible for evaluating Outputs before relying on or distributing them.
Responsibility for Outputs. You are solely responsible for your use of Outputs, including ensuring that your use is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others.
8. User-Published Content and Hosting
The Service lets you generate, publish, and host websites, applications, and other content on grappes-operated subdomains (such as <slug>.apps.grappes.ai and preview URLs) and, where available, on a custom domain you connect or purchase ("Published Content").
Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for your Published Content, including its legality, the rights to publish it, its security, and any data it collects from or processes about its own end users. You must comply with these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable law. You grant grappes a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and transmit your Published Content solely to operate the hosting and publishing features and to serve it to visitors you direct to it.
No warranty; suspension and removal. Hosting is provided "as is" and "as available," with no guarantee of uptime, availability, or that Published Content will be retained. Free-tier published projects are temporary and may be taken down after a limited period; paid hosting, where offered, is described at the point of purchase. We may suspend, disable, rate-limit, or remove Published Content and associated subdomains, with or without notice, if we believe it violates these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the law, if required to protect the Service, other users, or third parties, or on receipt of a valid takedown notice (see Section 9).
9. Notice and Takedown; Reporting Infringing or Illegal Content
If you believe content hosted, published, or generated through the Service infringes your intellectual-property rights or is otherwise illegal or in breach of our Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to [email protected]. Please include: your contact details; identification of the content and its URL or location on the Service; a description of the right infringed or the legal basis for the complaint; and, for intellectual-property claims, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized and that the information in your notice is accurate.
On receipt of a valid report we may remove or disable access to the content and, where appropriate, notify the user who published it. We may terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others or repeatedly breach the Acceptable Use Policy. We may preserve and disclose information as required to respond to notices or as required by law.
10. AI Outputs — No Reliance; Accuracy Disclaimer
The Service uses generative AI, which can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or misleading content, including content that appears authoritative but is wrong ("hallucinations"). Outputs, including any consensus, confidence indicators, fact-checks, or verification results, are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). You must independently verify Outputs before relying on them. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on Outputs.
11. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding your Inputs and Outputs), is owned by grappes or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law.
12. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates third-party services, including AI providers and the Merchant of Record. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services and disclaim liability for their acts or omissions.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRAPPES AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) 100 EUR.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless grappes from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Inputs, your Outputs, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
16. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Belgrade, Serbia will have jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
