Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do when using grappes.ai (the "Service"). It applies to all use of the Service, including text, image, and video generation and the publishing and hosting of websites and applications. It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service.

By using the Service you agree to this AUP. We may update it as our features and legal obligations evolve.

2. General Rules

You must not use the Service to do, facilitate, or attempt anything that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or that infringes the rights of others. You are responsible for your Inputs and for how you use Outputs. You must also comply with the terms of the underlying AI providers and of our Merchant of Record.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use the Service to generate, upload, request, or distribute content, or to engage in conduct, that:

Child safety (zero tolerance)

Non-consensual and harmful depictions of real people

Illegal and dangerous activity

Hate, harassment, and exploitation

Sexual content

Fraud, deception, and security abuse

Privacy and data violations

Misinformation and high-stakes misuse

Infringement

Abuse of the Service itself

Hosting and published apps

The Service can host and publish your websites and applications on grappes subdomains (such as<slug>.apps.grappes.ai) and on custom domains you connect. You must not host, publish, serve, or link to, on any grappes-operated subdomain or connected domain, content or applications that:

We may suspend, disable, or remove any published content, application, or subdomain, and act on notices we receive, as described in our Terms of Service (Notice and Takedown).

4. Generated Media (Images and Video)

Image and video generation carry heightened risk. In addition to the rules above, you must not use these features to create content that depicts real, identifiable individuals without consent, sexual content involving anyone (and never involving minors), graphic violence intended to harm or harass, or deceptive media intended to mislead. We apply provider-level and platform-level safety controls and may block, refuse, or remove such requests and outputs.

We use a combination of automated and manual measures to enforce this AUP, which may include:

6. Reporting Abuse

7. Changes

We may update this AUP. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
