Last updated: 18 July 2026
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do when using grappes.ai (the "Service"). It applies to all use of the Service, including text, image, and video generation and the publishing and hosting of websites and applications. It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service.
By using the Service you agree to this AUP. We may update it as our features and legal obligations evolve.
2. General Rules
You must not use the Service to do, facilitate, or attempt anything that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or that infringes the rights of others. You are responsible for your Inputs and for how you use Outputs. You must also comply with the terms of the underlying AI providers and of our Merchant of Record.
3. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You may not use the Service to generate, upload, request, or distribute content, or to engage in conduct, that:
Child safety (zero tolerance)

- Shares accounts or resells access in violation of your plan.
Hosting and published apps
The Service can host and publish your websites and applications on grappes subdomains (such as<slug>.apps.grappes.ai) and on custom domains you connect. You must not host, publish, serve, or link to, on any grappes-operated subdomain or connected domain, content or applications that:
- Distribute malware, spyware, or other malicious code, or facilitate its delivery.
- Operate phishing, credential-harvesting, scams, or other fraudulent or deceptive schemes.
- Send or facilitate spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
- Impersonate any person, brand, or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with them.
- Infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
- Are otherwise illegal, or that violate the Prohibited Content and Conduct rules above.
We may suspend, disable, or remove any published content, application, or subdomain, and act on notices we receive, as described in our Terms of Service (Notice and Takedown).
4. Generated Media (Images and Video)
Image and video generation carry heightened risk. In addition to the rules above, you must not use these features to create content that depicts real, identifiable individuals without consent, sexual content involving anyone (and never involving minors), graphic violence intended to harm or harass, or deceptive media intended to mislead. We apply provider-level and platform-level safety controls and may block, refuse, or remove such requests and outputs.
5. Enforcement
We use a combination of automated and manual measures to enforce this AUP, which may include:
- Screening Inputs and Outputs for prohibited content before and after generation.
- Blocking or refusing requests.
- Removing content and limiting features.
- Suspending or terminating accounts.
- Retaining records of violations as needed for safety, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Reporting to law enforcement or relevant organizations where required by law, including in cases involving child sexual abuse material.
We may take these actions with or without notice, depending on the severity and legal requirements.
6. Reporting Abuse
To report content or conduct that violates this AUP, contact [email protected]. For formal intellectual-property or takedown notices about hosted or published content, see the Notice and Takedown section of our Terms of Service. We review reports and take appropriate action.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
